New PSA Service Sales Representative 3

The Service Sales Representative will promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication and inspections. Responsibilities Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of service contracts by scheduling sales calls and following up on leads. Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers, determining their needs and creating sales strategies to match. Close sufficient sales to meet or exceed the sales plan objectives. Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that supports the sales plan. Conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates. Maintain accurate and complete records of all sales‑related activities. Submit required sales reports, expenses, competitive activity and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner. Support the service department in generating leads for service or equipment/device upgrades. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record selling services, intangible or technical products. Experience in prospecting, qualifying, solution selling and closing deals. Ability to work independently in a matrix environment; performance measured by meeting quota numbers. Strong professional communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills. Proficiency with personal computers, including Windows and Oracle systems. Team‑player mindset and willingness to collaborate with others. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; experience with Salesforce. Benefits Competitive salary: $52,000 – $75,000 (plus sales incentive plan based on project, quarterly, and annual margin). Paid vacation/holidays/sick time – 15 days of vacation in the first year.
