Director, US Payer & Value Marketing

Gilead Sciences seeks a Director to lead payer and value marketing strategy across its US cell therapy portfolio. This role develops communication strategies, payer-facing tools, and evidence-based resources while managing a team and collaborating across functions to support patient access and reimbursement objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and refinement of portfolio-level payer and value marketing strategy for CAR T and cell therapies
• Oversee creation of payer-facing tools including value stories, budget impact models, and economic resources
• Partner with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Brand to align evidence-based strategies with access objectives
• Manage team members responsible for product-specific payer tactics across in-line and launch products
• Monitor payer coverage dynamics and support readiness for launches and lifecycle milestones

Requirements

• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in payer marketing or market access
• Deep knowledge of US payer landscape, reimbursement, and access dynamics
• Experience developing payer communication strategies and value narratives
• Demonstrated ability to translate clinical and health economic evidence into stakeholder resources
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with budget impact modeling and economic analysis tools
