Part Time Clinic Based Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)

Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Pediatric Private Practice | Clinic-Based Stepping Stones Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team. This is an in-clinic position working with children with a variety of speech, language, communication, and social-pragmatic needs. Schedule Part-time, approximately 2–3 days per week Must be available from 3:30 PM–6:30 PM Additional hours may be available based on clinician availability and caseload growth In-person/clinic-based position Responsibilities Provide individual and/or group speech-language therapy to pediatric clients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Complete appropriate documentation and progress notes Communicate with parents/caregivers regarding progress and recommendations Collaborate with other members of our multidisciplinary team Maintain all required professional and clinical documentation Supervise SLPA's Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current California SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Dependable and able to maintain a consistent afternoon schedule What We Offer Competitive compensation Established pediatric caseload Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Opportunity to work alongside experienced SLPs and other pediatric professionals Administrative support Potential opportunity to increase hours as the caseload grows Ideal Candidate We are looking for an SLP who enjoys working with children, values collaboration, and is looking for a consistent part-time afternoon schedule in a pediatric private-practice setting.
