Qualifications and Experience: Active California Speech Language Pathologist license Valid Educator Certification Schools-based SLP experience preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families Commitment to best practices and ethical standards in school-based therapy Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in a school setting Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and families Maintain thorough records and progress documentation according to school and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing educational goals Adapt therapy methods to best meet student needs within the classroom environment Experience the benefits of a supportive, engaging contract role where you can truly make a difference.
