As our Senior Manager of Marketing , you’ll own pc/nametag’s marketing strategy and lead the team responsible for bringing it to life across all channels. You’ll shape our brand and creative direction, build the demand-generation engine, and partner across Development and Product Innovation to enhance the customer experience, bring new products to market, and drive growth in both existing and emerging markets. How You’ll Make an Impact: Marketing Strategy & Planning : Own and execute an integrated marketing strategy that translates business objectives, customer insights, campaign analytics, and industry trends into a clear marketing roadmap and calendar. Demand Generation : Drive lead and revenue growth across paid search, email, SEO/SEM, content, social, affiliate, and direct mail, with a focus on measurable results and strong ROI. Brand & Messaging : Serve as the steward of the pc/nametag brand, shaping positioning, messaging, and creative direction across all customer touchpoints. Search & AI Visibility: Lead our search strategy across SEO and emerging Generative/Answer Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO) to grow qualified traffic and strengthen pc/nametag’s visibility across traditional and AI-driven search. Team Leadership : Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team by setting priorities, providing strategic direction, ensuring high-quality work, and building the capabilities of the team. Product Go-to-Market : Partner with Product Innovation throughout the new product development process to create positioning, launch plans, and campaigns that drive product adoption and attract new customers. Storefront Collaboration : Partner with the Development team to optimize the e-commerce experience, ensuring brand, content, and campaigns support conversion and an effective customer journey. Reporting & Analysis : Establish KPIs and SMART goals, develop monthly reporting, and turn performance data into actionable insights that continuously improve marketing effectiveness. Marketing Technology : Lead the strategy and effective use of our marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, search, review, and social platforms to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and marketing efficiency. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field. 7+ years of progressive marketing experience , including demonstrated ownership of strategy and multi-channel campaign execution. 3+ years of people leadership experience , with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Proven experience building and executing integrated marketing strategies across channels such as email, social, SEO, SEM/PPC, content, and direct mail. A strong data-driven mindset , with the ability to turn analytics into business decisions and demonstrate marketing ROI. Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics platforms , such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager. Strong understanding of e-commerce and the digital buyer journey , with the ability to effectively partner with technical and web development teams. Strong verbal communication and executive presentation skills , with the confidence to present recommendations, results, and strategy to executive leadership. Strong project management and prioritization skills , with the ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment. A collaborative, forward-thinking leadership style and the ability to influence others and champion change. Even Better If You Bring: Experience marketing within B2B, print, promotional products, e-commerce, or an events-related industry. Familiarity with SEO, GEO/AEO, and evolving search-visibility strategies. Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or comparable marketing automation and CRM platforms.
