Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 3 years of pediatric nursing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
• Experience in school-based nursing or similar educational settings highly valued
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct evening healthcare support for students, including medication administration, health assessments, and emergency responses
• Collaborate with faculty, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in accordance with school and legal guidelines
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community
• Respond promptly to health needs and incidents from 3pm to 11pm, Sunday through Thursday
