Quality Technician
Symbiotic Services is seeking a Quality Technician to support manufacturing quality systems, inspection processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include maintaining calibration systems and measurement accuracy, supporting CNC operations with quality evaluations and troubleshooting, managing nonconforming materials and MRB processes, assisting with root cause analysis and corrective actions, tracking scrap and supporting quality audits, maintaining quality documentation and reports, and serving as a quality resource on the production floor.
Requirements include 5+ years manufacturing experience (machining preferred), 2+ years in a quality role, ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T, experience with metrology tools and calibration systems, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Work environment includes manufacturing floor exposure to noise and materials, with PPE required.
