Apartment Maintenance Technician Berger Communities is hiring a Floating Service Technician for our properties in Bensalem, Dublin, New Britain, and Allentown, PA. • $26–$30/hour

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
