Professional Services Veterinarian - Sweden and Denmark (1 year contract) page is loaded## Professional Services Veterinarian - Sweden and Denmark (1 year contract)locations: Virtual Denmark: Virtual Swedentime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: J-051630**As a Professional Services Veterinarian** each day you will have responsibility to provide training, education, and work alongside our sales and marketing teams supporting their work with our Veterinary community in Sweden and Denmark.**In this Role:**This exciting opportunity will entail giving lectures, seminars and ‘lunch & learns’ on medical and scientific topics related to the Companion Animal Group to our customers.Additionally, you’ll provide medical support to our Swedish and Danish sales team and will have some responsibilities for maintaining and developing KOL relationship. You will also work alongside the Sales and Marketing team on campaigns and initiativesAlongside this, you’ll be supporting the quality of the medical message and providing medical and market input for marketing decisions and sales materials.We assume up to 50-75% of your time will be travelling to visit customers, attend industry events or with the sales professionals to provide medical education and support to their important customers.**What you will need to succeed:**• A degree in Veterinary Medicine and a relevant post-graduate qualification is preferred• Strong Veterinary medical and Veterinary diagnostic knowledge• Excellence in teaching and public speaking• Ability to conduct effective one-on-one interactions with Veterinarians• Organizational skills and time management• Availability for business travel in Sweden and Denmark, and potentially other Nordic and European countries• Outstanding communication skills across several stakeholders both internally and externally• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team• You should be fluent in business English.• Previous commercial experience is highly beneficial**What We Offer**When you join IDEXX, you will find yourself in a challenging but exciting environment where you are given the opportunity to be yourself, innovate, and grow.
