What You'll Do: Deliver patient-centered, trauma-informed, and affirming primary care to a diverse patient population across the lifespan. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of providers, nurses, behavioral health clinicians, and care coordinators. Champion equity by providing care that respects and affirms the identities, lived experiences, and challenges of each patient. Participate in clinical quality improvement and contribute to our integrated model of care, which includes HIV services, behavioral health, and gender-affirming care. Who You Are: A MD or DO licensed (or license-eligible) in Massachusetts. Committed to delivering high-quality, culturally competent care in a fast-paced, community health setting. Passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ communities, BIPOC patients, and other marginalized groups. Eager to be part of a progressive organization that blends clinical care with advocacy, research, and education. At least two years of clinical experience as an NP/PA in community health, public health, or trauma-informed care is highly valued.
