Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment
• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
• 3 shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
• 2 shifts from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch
• Tuesday through Thursday include late shifts
• Split between two outpatient clinic locations 6 miles apart
• Average caseload of 11 patients per day
