Network Health's success is rooted in its mission to create healthy and strong Wisconsin communities. Network Health is seeking a Director of Communications to lead how we communicate internally, externally and at the executive level. This highly visible role will serve as a strategic communications advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team and help shape Network Health's voice with employees, members, media, owners, boards and other key stakeholders. The Director will bring exceptional writing, sound judgment and communications leadership to a growing and increasingly visible organizationcreating an integrated communications strategy across audiences and channels while partnering effectively across Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, operational teams and external agency partners. Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. This position is eligible to work on-site at our corporate office in Brookfield or in Menasha. Regular travel between the offices is expected. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media relations
