Job Summary
As a Lead Field Technician at Steri-Clean Pittsburgh, you'll respond to biohazard, trauma, hoarding, and extreme cleaning scenes. You will be doing work that genuinely helps people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. You'll work to safely clean, remediate, and restore residential and commercial properties, following strict safety protocols and company procedures from start to finish.

This is a physically demanding, emotionally mature role that rewards people who take pride in doing hard work well. If you have previous experience in cleaning, restoration, moving, or construction, you may be a good fit.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• Must be available Monday through Friday 7am to 7pm, and some weekends on-call.

Responsibilities
Communication:

• Able to reason and communicate with clients in explaining procedures, services, policies, etc. with compassion and understanding.
• Documenting site projects (photos and paperwork) for upper management.  

Vehicle Maintenance Manager: 

• Notify Management when there is an issue with any vehicle. 
  • Monitor oil changes, notify upper management. 
  • Coordinate with upper management to have vehicles worked on.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid STATE driver’s license
• Must be able to work in a respirator and full PPE for long periods
• Must be able to be on call some nights and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation to get to our office (work vehicles provided)
• Must have working cell phone
