About the Role

As a Residential Service Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems while helping customers make informed and confident decisions regarding their home plumbing needs.

This role is ideal for an experienced plumber who takes pride in customer service, problem-solving, and delivering quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and professionally

• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, managers, and team members

• Educate customers on repair and replacement options

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle

• Complete service paperwork and documentation accurately and on time

• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

• Maintain professional appearance and uphold company values

• Follow all plumbing codes and safety standards

• Participate in ongoing training and continued professional development

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to pass background check

• Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow professionally

• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
