On a typical day, you will engage in substantive legal dialogue with the model, assess its responses for factual accuracy and analytical rigor, identify reproducible failure points, and collaborate with our team to refine prompts and improve evaluation metrics. Qualifications A JD and active law license. Significant litigation experience—whether in trial, appellate, or complex dispute resolution. History of publication, prior clerkships, teaching experience, or subject matter specialization (ideal). The ability to articulate legal reasoning clearly and precisely. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $50 to $75 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location.
