Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN - Mother Baby with couplet care experience for a Level III Trauma facility, requiring 2 years of recent experience and Advanced NRP certification.
Details
- Maternal Newborn unit within a Level III Trauma facility
- Provides couplet care including post-hysterectomy patients
- 1:2 patient ratio
- Night shift schedule (12-hr, 1845-0715)
- Weekend and holiday rotation required
- Potential floating to Labor and Delivery or as a sitter task RN to any unit
- Voluntary on-call availability
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Current Advanced NRP certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent RN Mother Baby experience required
- Valid, unexpired driver's license required for consideration
Additional Information
- Deliver couplet care to mother-baby patients in a high-acuity Level III Trauma environment
- Must reside within 100 miles of the facility for consideration
