This is a fast-paced and challenging job that is best suited for individuals who are self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a travel position - 90% travel is required for up to three weeks at a time. Candidates should reside in the Groveland, Florida area.Core ResponsibilitiesInstalling and replacing components of entire systems of commercial cooling systems on cell tower cooling unitsTimely and accurate completion of daily reportsDriving to remote work sites as neededPerforming upgrades on out-of-season equipmentConducting performance checks as requiredSpecific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.Core Experience1 or more years experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)1 or more year of Construction experience will be considered in lieu of HVAC experienceExperience with wall-mounted MarvAir, Bard, and MarvAir DAC/WAC direct air-cooling units highly preferredBasic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systemsPhysical/Work EnvironmentAt Pearce safety is our number one concern.
