Key Responsibilities

• Identify practical failures in AI outputs, including file-conversion issues, version compatibility problems, and issues that emerge when files are edited by others.

Qualifications

• Professional, high-level experience with office and productivity software.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to clearly explain your reasoning.
• Comfort working with ambiguous tasks and identifying unclear instructions.
• Deep expertise in at least one relevant tool area is more important than basic familiarity across all tools.
