Job Title: Client Service Professional

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85020

Shift: Monday-Friday, within 5:30 AM - 8:00 PM (typical shifts: 8-5, 9-6, 10-7)

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound calls and resolve basic banking inquiries (accounts, deposits, debit cards)
• Assist customers with online/mobile banking navigation and transactions
• Provide professional, empathetic customer service while meeting performance and compliance standards

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
