Senior FP&A Manager

Addison Group is partnering with a global, publicly traded manufacturing company to identify a Senior FP&A Manager to join its growing finance team. This highly visible role supports a $300M business unit and partners with executive leadership to drive forecasting, financial planning, strategic analysis, and operational performance. The Senior FP&A Manager will lead key planning processes, deliver actionable financial insights, and help improve reporting through automation and process enhancements. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and planning activities. Own the annual operating plan and long‑range strategic planning process. Prepare financial models and executive analyses to support key business decisions. Partner with plant finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and operational performance. Lead SG&A forecasting, variance analysis, and cost management initiatives. Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product teams to drive business performance. Analyze product, customer, and pricing profitability to support growth initiatives. Drive process improvements through automation, reporting enhancements, and AI‑enabled tools. Serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or MBA preferred. 8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing. Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and analytical skills. Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and communicate with executive leadership. Hands‑on, collaborative approach with a continuous improvement mindset. Advanced Excel skills; Oracle, OneStream, or similar ERP/planning systems are a plus. Experience working in a fast‑paced, global organization.
