HR Generalist I — Employee Relations & Onboarding

Smith & Wesson is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, including rewards and employee relations. The role will serve as the first contact for employee relations questions and will coordinate with managers, employees, and vendors for meetings and activities. The position requires handling confidential information, onboarding, policy interpretation, and staffing processes, with an emphasis on empathy and compliance with relevant laws.
