## HR GeneralistApplylocations: Warren, MItime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: June 26, 2026 (9 days left to apply)job requisition id: R-28560**JOB DESCRIPTION**## **Position Details*** **Shift schedule****:** 3rd shift — Sunday through Thursday, 10:15 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.* **Minimum experience****:** At least 1 year of related HR experience.## **Regulatory Compliance & Employee Support*** Administer and ensure compliance with **FMLA, EEOC, ADA**, and other applicable laws.* Assist with maintaining accurate employee records in the **HRIS**.* Provide employee counseling on work‐related and personal matters as needed.* Handle routine HR inquiries and manage them through completion.* Serve as the primary point of contact for HR policy and process guidance, escalating to COEs when appropriate.## **Investigations & Issue Resolution*** Conduct investigations as needed.* Identify issues related to product, process, or quality systems.* Recommend solutions through established channels and verify implementation.## **Talent Acquisition & Onboarding*** Participate in the hiring process, including interviewing, coordinating background checks, and contributing to hiring decisions.* Conduct HR transactions such as **orientation, leaves of absence, and exit meetings**.## **Employee Relations & Engagement*** Maintain a positive departmental image with all employees.* Support and implement **positive employee relations programs**.* Coordinate plant welfare activities such as events, outings, and celebrations.* Serve as a technical adviser to employee involvement teams.* Maintain strong relationships within the community.## **Compensation, Benefits & Reporting*** Conduct the **annual wage and benefit survey**, analyze results, and submit recommendations.* Collect, analyze, and prepare **HR scorecards, dashboards, and visual reports**.* Perform root‐cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements.## **Training & Development*** Assist with developing and delivering training programs.* Continue building HR expertise through seminars, courses, and professional development opportunities.## **Process Improvement & Documentation*** Identify opportunities to increase efficiency in HR service delivery.* Develop and maintain clear documentation for procedures, workflows, and reports.* Support departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed.## **General Responsibilities*** Maintain **5S standards** in the work area.* Support **Affirmative Action** requirements.* Develop and implement special projects to enhance the work environment.* Hold the authority and responsibility to **stop the production line** if a safety or quality issue arises.* Perform all other tasks assigned by the Human Resources Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
