Location: San Marcos, Texas

Schedule: Full-time; 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (flexible 4x10 schedule can be accommodated)

Highlights:

• Diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ENT, cath lab, endoscopy, gynecology, and pediatrics (no neuro or cardiac cases)
• EPIC EMR system utilized
• Temp-to-permanent opportunity with potential for long-term placement

• Critical care and pre-op experience highly valued
• Supportive onboarding with New Nurses Orientation and department-specific competency validation

Requirements:

• Current Texas RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in perioperative nursing or related specialty
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA only)
• Critical care and pre-op experience highly preferred
• EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
