IT Program Manager - HybridGenesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.This role involves supporting senior leaders within a complex organization by applying analytical, business management, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving performance efficiency, driving timely decisions on complex issues, and developing executive-level communications. This position requires strong proficiency with MS Office, Agile tools like Jira, and financial management.Responsibilities:Think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiencyDecompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independentlyDevelop executive ready communications and presentations that synthesize data and tell the storyDevelop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensure all accountable parties understand respective roles/responsibilities and are held accountableRequirements:Proven analytical, business management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive business informationExcellent written / verbal communication skills and executive presenceAdvanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointExtremely organized/excellent time management skills with ability to manage and prioritize competing prioritiesKnowledge of financial tools (e.g., TPAS, PMMT, e-ledger)Knowledge of Jira costing and strong proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira)Knowledge of headcount & reporting tools (e.g., Workday, HRIS, MicroStrategy)Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsiteDesired skills:5 or more years of experience in business operations and management in a complex organization supporting senior leadersPrior experience handling multiple facets of an end-to-end business: financial management, project management, governance, operations and technology management, and executive routine coordinationStrong analytical skills, with an investigative mindset and ability to use data to enhance efficiency and develop reporting to drive business insightsStrong partnership and relationship management skills; ability to work and effectively communicate across functions and organizational lines/levelsPrior experience managing multiple projects and adjusting to changing deadlinesStrong presentation skills and the ability to present key messages, effective recommendations, and information in a clear, concise, insightful, and influential waySelf-starter, high energy, and detail oriented; ability to work with minimal supervisionAnalytical Thinking, Business Acumen, Change Management, and CollaborationConflict Management, Decision Making, Executive Presence, and Financial ManagementInfluence, Process Effectiveness, Project Management, and Resource / Workforce ManagementResult Orientation, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, and Strategy Planning and DevelopmentPay range: $52.54 - $60.54 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
