• Connect with customers through calls, texts, and email in a professional and engaging way

• Follow up with purpose—building relationships, not just checking in

• Work both new and existing customers, including past opportunities, unsold leads, and previous clients

• Maintain consistent long-term follow-up to stay top of mind until the timing is right

• Use the CRM daily to identify opportunities others may overlook

• Set and confirm quality appointments for the sales team

• Create a personalized, positive experience in every interaction

• You’re building a pipeline—not just working fresh leads

• Success comes from consistency, relationship-building, and follow-through

• You have control over your activity, your growth, and your results

• Strong communication skills and confidence connecting with people

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but attitude and drive matter most
