What You'll Do Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on steel poles, utility structures, and fabricated components Read blueprints, flat sheets, work orders, and welding layouts Operate welding, plasma cutting, and oxy-acetylene equipment Fabricate and weld structural steel components Use measuring tools to ensure precision and quality standards Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment Follow production, quality, and safety requirements Who We're Looking For We are open to candidates ranging from entry-level welders with basic welding knowledge to highly skilled welders and fabricators.
