Starting wage between $24-$32/hr based on experience and weld test performance Auto pay increases as you progress through training and skill development Unlimited overtime opportunities for those looking to maximize their paycheck Multiple shifts available with shift differential opportunities Long-term career growth with a stable, industry-leading manufacturer Training and advancement opportunities from entry-level through advanced welding roles What You'll Do Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on steel poles, utility structures, and fabricated components Read blueprints, flat sheets, work orders, and welding layouts Operate welding, plasma cutting, and oxy-acetylene equipment Fabricate and weld structural steel components Use measuring tools to ensure precision and quality standards Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment Follow production, quality, and safety requirements Who We're Looking For We are open to candidates ranging from entry-level welders with basic welding knowledge to highly skilled welders and fabricators . Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valley, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
