Description:

The service operations support role will be the first point of contact for the company. Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive, welcoming experience for callers and visitors. This role supports our office operations and provides administrative assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions. Additionally, this role plays a key role in tracking and scheduling technician training and certifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer the main phone line promptly and with a courteous greeting.
• Triage calls to assess urgency and the appropriate way to direct the call
• Take and relay messages for non-urgent calls via email.
• Maintain knowledge of the company and employees so that calls are handled expeditiously.
• Handle calls and information received with discretion
• Assist callers by providing general information.
• Manage a variety of administrative and service coordination responsibilities including technician trainings and certifications.
• Other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma required; college degree desirable
• One to two years’ experience in an office environment required

Specific Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills 
• Strong computer literacy
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook 
• Highly detail oriented and organized
• Self-motivated and able to use initiative
• Ability to multi task, manage priorities and handle a variable workload
