Our client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
• Provide product, service, and policy information to customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
• Meet service standards, response times, and productivity goals

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software or CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications used for communication, documentation, and order support.
• Experience with order entry and handling inbound customer calls in a fast-paced setting.
• High attention to detail and solid organizational skills for managing multiple tasks accurately.
• Consistent follow-up skills with the ability to track open items through completion.
• Experience with CRM or order management systems is preferred.
