Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist English- and Spanish- speaking customers with policy questions, changes, and claims support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills.
