Were seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, youll connect with prospects, educate them on coverage options, and assist them in finding the right insurance solutions. Youll benefit from one-on-one training, a flexible schedule, and a team that supports your growth every step of the way. This is an opportunity with a clear path to promotion and leadership.

Average first-year earnings between $35,000 and $40,000 (base plus commission and bonuses)

Responsibilities

Identify and contact prospective clients
Follow up with leads and past quotes
Educate clients on policy options and recommend solutions
Write new policies and help secure long-term coverage
Collaborate with your team to meet individual and group goals

Requirements

No prior experience or licensing required. We will train you!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, enthusiastic, and highly coachable
Team player who values collaboration and mutual success
Comfortable making phone calls and following up on leads
