General Manager Qualifications:

• Hands-on GM leadership experience in Hospitality Operations
• Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and team member satisfaction
• Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate and drive others
• Self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged
• Must be able to work flexible shifts: nights, mids, and weekends required
