IT Project Manager, AI Projects and Programs

The team is looking for a highly capable functional Project Manager who can bridge business needs, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders. This role will support high-visibility AI and technology programs tied directly to process improvement, adoption, governance, and measurable business value. You will partner closely with IT, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, business operations, and third-party vendors to move strategic initiatives from concept through implementation. Success in this role requires someone who has built, implemented, deployed, or rolled out meaningful solutions for a business, not just managed technical tasks. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS5+ years of IT project or program management experience, ideally supporting data, analytics, automation, AI, or enterprise technology initiatives. Strong functional Project Manager background with the ability to translate business needs into project plans, delivery roadmaps, and execution milestones. Experience working across business, IT, data, engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and vendor teams. Comfortable managing scope, timelines, budgets, vendor spend, resource plans, dependencies, risks, and executive-level communication. Experience with agile or hybrid delivery environments, including Jira or similar tools for backlog management, sprint reporting, dependencies, and project visibility. Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation, analytics, or data-driven initiatives is highly valuable. Prior exposure to AI tools or LLMs such as Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, or similar platforms would be a strong plus. #LI-HF1Reference: 68475
