Key Responsibilities Execute high-quality exterior remodeling projects, including installations and repairs of siding. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a siding installer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of siding materials and installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. We offer competitive pay. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
