Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.The Platform Systems Test Engineer will plan, implement, test, document, and maintain the CPS Platfrom Systems Test Programs with support of the CPS Platform Systems Test Team. The Platform Systems Test Engineer will perform the following:Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with external and internal stakeholders.Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.Basic Qualifications• Experience with or willingness to learn how to write technical documents and execute test procedures• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications• Must be a United States citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearanceDesired Skills• Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education• Active Secret Clearance• Work experience in the Aerospace and/or Defense industry• Experience working with SAP, EPDM, DOORs, CREO, CAMEO, Automation Framework, or industry equivalent(s)• Experience in an assembly/integration and test environment• Demonstrated ability to grow and seek new challenges• Excellent verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team membersPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
