Job Title: RN Oncology Profession: RN Specialty: Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current RN license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Experience in patient assessment and intervention - Proficiency in medication administration - Ability to implement and monitor the plan of care - Strong documentation skills in EHR - Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs) Description: This position requires patient assessment and intervention. The role includes medication administration and the ability to follow through with orders and observe patients. Documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) is essential. You will implement and monitor the plan of care, including activities of daily living (ADLs). The patient population consists of those in oncology, hematology, and end-of-life/hospice care, as well as overflow medical/surgical patients. The unit consists of 16 beds.
