Supplier Quality Engineer

Job-ID32881503Reference26-01502 Overview: Supplier quality engineers' performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The engineers will lead investigations into supplier related non-conformances, drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and ensure robust execution of first article inspections and part approval processes. The position will play a critical role in improving incoming material quality and reducing issues identified during production. Candidates will collaborate cross functionally to implement process improvements and enhance supplier accountability. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of quality issues and resolution at scale. Required Skills: Strong experience in supplier quality engineering, including CAPA ownership and root cause analysis. Experience managing and closing non-conformance reports (NCRs) in a manufacturing setting. Background working with electromechanical components and supplier quality processes. Nice to Have: Experience improving supplier selection and qualification processes. Familiarity with incoming inspection control and material quality validation. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements across supplier networks.
