Compensation : On Target First-Year Earnings: $200,000 ($130,000 base + $70k bonus with up to 2x multiplier. Stretch case: $270,000). Equity: 0.3-0.5%.
Work style : In office with flexible remote days and global travel.

- Raised $6 m at pre‑seed from founders, operators, investors, and athletes including Cleo, VistaJet, Wander, Flex, Salido, Boost Capital Partners, Kevin Love, Kyle Kuzma, Kiernan Dewsbury‑Hall, Koro Capital, Insiders VC, Antler, and other high‑signal operators and family offices.
- Achieved industry‑leading engagement, transaction volumes, and referrals from paying members, with a large waitlist seeking access.
- Built a proactive, conversational product described as “magic” by our members.
We’re now building our growth function as we continue to deepen our member base globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a world‑class membership pipeline; oversee all acquisition and retention channels including in‑person BD, referrals, collateral, email flows, web experiences, product‑led growth, community partnerships, and proprietary events. Continuously test new approaches and scale the highest‑leverage strategies.
- Own Aurora’s member business development funnel; work with the CEO and Head of Magnetism to translate high‑signal engagement with Aurora into conversions and renewals. Become the internal authority on conversion rates and renewal probability, using these insights to allocate resources effectively.
- Develop and manage channel partnerships; build and maintain relationships with aligned partners, communities, and networks that introduce high‑quality prospective members to Aurora.
- Create high‑signal events and collaborations; design and execute proprietary events and cultural collaborations in high‑signal communities and venues to attract and engage prospective members.
- Deepen member trust and engagement; collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to design onboarding and engagement flows that deepen trust, increase integration, and make Aurora indispensable to each member.
- Establish a scalable membership function; develop the systems, tooling, tracking, and communication cadences needed to scale personalized, high‑touch engagement without sacrificing quality.
- Represent Aurora directly with members; engage with prospects and members personally, identifying opportunities to improve the funnel while ensuring each conversion experience reflects Aurora’s standards.
- Support enterprise and strategic partnerships; work closely with the CEO and Chief Partnerships Officer as Aurora expands into B2B2C and enterprise opportunities.
- Build the long‑term playbook and team; create the playbook for a world‑class member relations and growth function, then hire, train, and lead a high‑performance onboarding, conversion, and retention team.

- Data‑driven and high leverage, using metrics such as lead volume, engagement patterns, conversion rates, and member behaviors to continuously improve performance.
- An owner who operates autonomously, identifies what needs to happen, and drives outcomes without waiting for direction.
- Additional plus: Deep familiarity with elite networks, founder communities, family offices, or similar high‑signal ecosystems.
