Recruiting & Hiring Coordinator Home Instead – Goodyear, AZ Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In Person 830a-5p Help us build the team that changes lives. What You’ll Do Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding. Review applications and proactively recruit top talent. Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews. Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring events. Maintain candidate communication and deliver an outstanding applicant experience. Complete background checks, reference checks, and hiring paperwork. Ensure compliance with company standards and employment regulations. Partner with scheduling and operations to meet staffing goals. Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring results. Represent Home Instead at community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred. Healthcare, home care, senior care, or staffing industry experience is a plus. Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills. Excellent organization and time management. Comfortable using recruiting software, Indeed, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
