Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for Outpatient Infusion Registered Nurse!

Job Description:


- Join a team dedicated to providing patient care excellence in a comfortable outpatient setting.
- Shifts available: Days, 8 hours (8-4 pm, 8:30-4:30 pm, 9-5 pm).
- COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required.

Requirements:


- Must possess New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate for submission.
- Must submit 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance.
- De-escalation training is required for onboarding and clearance starting 1/1/2024 (CPI, Welle, or PMCS certifications accepted).
- Experience with EPIC is required; please note on your submission to avoid delays.
- 2+ years of current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion is required.
- Chemo Cert (ONS) and Oncology Certified RN (OCN) are required.
- Peripheral IV insertion experience is a must.
- Experience with Ports/Fistulas/Catheters is required.
- IV Certification is highly preferred.
- Previous traveler experience is preferred.
- BSN is preferred.

Profile Requirements:


- Work history and skills checklist current to 1 year.
- One supervisory signed reference from the past two years of employment.
- Upload licenses/certifications with profile (Nursys, BLS, ONC Cert, Chemo Cert, ACLS).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Permanent address must match Driver License/State ID.

Additional Information:


- Requested time off during the assignment must be noted at upload; no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
- Non-billable orientation: 8 hours.
- Cancellation policy: Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13-week contract with a 2-hour notice.
