This is a highly visible, strategic role that goes beyond traditional pricing analysis. The position offers the opportunity to partner cross-functionally with Operations and executive leadership, drive transformational initiatives, and directly influence profitability and business performance. The Opportunity The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing gross margins, advancing pricing strategy, and implementing innovative solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities Optimize gross profit margins through data-driven pricing strategies Develop, enhance, and maintain customized pricing models Support field-level pricing requirements and strategic initiatives Design and implement AI-powered pricing solutions Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Sales, Transformation, and Merchandising teams Communicate pricing strategies effectively across the branch network Partner closely with the VP of Pricing and VP of Transformation Serve as a strategic thought partner — not just number crunching, but influencing business outcomes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or related field 2–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, operations, sales, business development, or related areas Advanced Excel skills required Python and SQL strongly preferred Consulting experience will be considered What Makes This Role Unique?
