Industrial Security Specialist, MidThe Opportunity:Responsible for monitoring and evaluating compliance with End-Use Monitoring (EUM) requirements to ensure U.S.-provided defense articles, equipment, technology, and sensitive materials are protected, accounted for, and utilized in accordance with applicable U.S. Government regulations, Security Assistance agreements, Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), and contractual requirements. Conducts inspections, observations, physical security assessments, and compliance reviews to verify adherence to established security procedures and safeguard-controlled assets. Identify vulnerabilities, analyzes security risks, documents findings, develops corrective action recommendations, and coordinates with U.S. Government, contractor, and host-nation personnel to resolve deficiencies and strengthen overall security compliance. Investigate security incidents, policy violations, and compliance deficiencies, document findings and recommend corrective actions. Prepare detailed inspection reports, compliance assessments, incident reports, trend analyses, and executive summaries. This position supports mission success by ensuring accountability, mitigating risk, and maintaining the integrity of Security Cooperation and End-Use Monitoring programs. Conduct roving car patrols as part of the security checksYou Have:5+ years of experience in military security, physical security, force protection, Security Assistance, or End-Use MonitoringExperience evaluating physical security measures, including access control, visitor management, key and lock control, restricted-area protection, CCTV, intrusion detection systems, alarm systems, and perimeter securityExperience protecting assets, aviation assets, munitions, or controlled facilitiesExperience conducting security inspections, compliance assessments, or vulnerability assessmentsExperience writing and preparing incident investigations, technical reports and corrective action recommendationsKnowledge of physical security principles, access control, asset accountability, and risk managementAbility to travel up to 90% of the time to austere locations in South Asia, including deployments of up to 6 monthsSecret clearanceHS diploma or GEDValid U.S. Driver's LicenseNice If You Have:Experience protecting assets, aviation assets, munitions, or controlled facilitiesExperience ensuring compliance with applicable DoD, DSCA, Security Assistance, and organizational policies and proceduresExperience supporting Security Cooperation, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Golden Sentry, or End-Use Monitoring (EUM) programsExperience with emergency response and contingency operationsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite and security reporting systemsKnowledge of force protection and (RAMS) Random Anti-terrorism security checks principlesAbility to work independently in austere and overseas environmentsPossession of strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsPossession of excellent written and oral communication skillsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
