Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to help patients restore mobility, improve strength, and enhance overall physical function. The PT will evaluate patient needs, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to support recovery, reduce pain, and promote independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and functional outcomes.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in rehabilitation, outpatient, or acute care settings preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and effective within a multidisciplinary care team.
