Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: $11.00-$15.00 per hour (DOE)

Print Dirt Cheap is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lenoir, North Carolina.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting our production team. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, services, pricing, and order status.
• Prepare estimates and enter customer orders accurately.
• Process customer artwork and job specifications for production.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate with customers regarding proofs, timelines, and completed orders.
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and general office support.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required:

• Customer service
• Reception or front office support
• Retail sales
• Print shop or copy center experience
• Administrative support
• Order entry or data entry
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Cash handling or point-of-sale systems
