responsibilities:

• Build, test, and calibrate complex assemblies and install them into final scientific instruments to quality standards.
• Follow detailed technical work instructions for mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies.
• Perform material handling and precise inventory verification tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical problems and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive culture while meeting daily work cell production goals.

 
qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, frequently lift up to 25 lbs, and constantly lift 10 lbs.
• Strong team communication skills.

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, various hand tools, and soldering.
