Outside Sales Professional (Houston)

Responsibilities: Partner with clients to design and sell high-quality outdoor living spaces. Guide clients through the contracting process with transparency and professionalism. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through warm leads provided by the marketing team. Deliver detailed and accurate project scopes tailored to client needs and visions. Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain consistent communication with clients, addressing concerns and updates promptly. Achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations, driving repeat business and referrals. Requirements: Strong understanding of technology; proficient with G-suite tools such as Gmail, Sheets, and Drive. Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand how projects are built. Comfort with measuring static and abstract spaces accurately. Sales or design experience is a plus, but not required. Knowledge of financial components of sales, including cost structures and payment schedules Relentlessly competitive with a high standard of personal accountability and ownership. Emotionally intelligent; adept at reading verbal and nonverbal client cues. Detail-oriented with a commitment to “getting it right.” Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Professional demeanor, including speech, timeliness, dress, and hygiene. Demonstrated success markers such as awards, honors, or history of promotions. Education: BA or BS degree desired but not required. Availability: Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, often including evenings and Saturdays. Availability to attend intensivetraining in Houston during training and other semi-annual events in other markets. Why Allied?
