Restaurant Team Member – Panera Bread Bring warmth, care, and joy to every guest interaction as the heart of hospitality at Panera Bread. Responsibilities Execute daily duties in specific areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc. Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas, staying on the move. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols. Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift. Stand for extended periods and operate in a loud environment. Clear communication and ability to quickly understand directions. Strong interpersonal skills and passion for creating moments of comfort and joy for guests. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food‑safety understanding and practice training; Food Handler’s Card as required by law.
