Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. Responsibilities Establish and maintain customer relationships and follow up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing. Use a needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Qualifications Excellent communication skills—written, verbal and listening. Self‑motivated and detail oriented. Proactive problem‑solving. Dedicated to customer service. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Compensation $36,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year.
