Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Assist clients with various insurance needs, including property, casualty, and life insurance products.
• Process policy changes, claims, renewals, and updates.
• Address customer questions regarding coverage, pricing, and other insurance-related matters.
• Proactively follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the agency team to meet and exceed customer service goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of previous experience working in an insurance agency is required.
• Licensing: Must hold valid insurance licenses in Property & Casualty License and be willing to get the Life License
• Bilingual: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technology: Proficiency in using insurance software and systems.
• Customer-Focused: A passion for providing excellent service and building lasting relationships.
