Trade Show Specialist

Direct employees currently authorized to work in the United States – no sponsorship available Job Description: The Trade Show Specialist supports a global trade shows team by coordinating the planning, logistics, and execution of high-profile industry events. This role helps ensure each event runs smoothly and reflects a high standard of professionalism for executives, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage event registration processes, attendee communications, and hotel and rooming lists Coordinate vendors and suppliers for collateral, signage, apparel, and demo materials Oversee shipping and logistics for booths, demo equipment, and on-site materials Provide onsite support including registration, badge scanning, catering coordination, and transportation Assist with booth setup and teardown, supply organization, and real-time troubleshooting Support internal communication needs, budget tracking, and asset management Help develop event collateral, presentations, and post-event recaps Maintain event analytics, attendance metrics, and engagement dashboards Support post-event ROI analysis, feedback collection, and insight reporting Manage post-event organization including inventory tracking, shipment returns, and supply restocking Coordinate catering, restaurant reservations, and other event-related logistics as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience 1-3 years of experience in event planning, trade shows, or marketing operations Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Familiarity with general AI tools such as Claude or Copilot Technology or semiconductor industry experience preferred POST-OFFER BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED.
